Azinwua Marianne Njualem

Azinwua Marrianne Njualem is a passionate young professional currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Management and Entrepreneurship at the University of Bamenda. With a strong interest in community development and youth empowerment, she has gained valuable experience through internships at Youth Empowerment Service (YES) Cameroon) and Action for Development and Empowerment (ADE) Yaoundé, where she supported programs focused on capacity building, social impact, and economic inclusion.
She is presently interning with the Alliance for Sustainable Development (ASDEV) Buea, contributing to projects that promote sustainable development and local community growth. Marrianne’s academic background and practical experience have equipped her with skills in project management, leadership, and strategic planning.
Passionate about empowering others, she aims to leverage her knowledge to create innovative solutions that drive entrepreneurship and sustainable change, particularly within underrepresented communities in Cameroon and beyond.
